Travel Security Management.

Prepared, safe business travel — domestically and internationally. From routing to contingency planning: prepared, calm, consistently reachable.

Understanding

Safety travels
with you.

Travel changes risk. Different countries, different structures, different threat landscapes — and for clients, often tight schedules that leave little room when something unforeseen happens.

Travel security management engages early: in planning, the selection of hotels, route guidance, identifying critical points. Meanwhile, a contingency plan runs in the background, ready if the situation changes.

Building Blocks

Six building blocks.
One safe journey.

We combine the building blocks depending on destination, client profile and risk situation — from a domestic day trip to a multi-week international tour.

01

Travel Planning

Structured planning of arrival, itinerary and return — with buffer times, alternative routes and realistic risk assessment.

02

Risk Analyses

Assessment of the destination: political situation, security situation, crime, medical care — with clear recommendations for the client.

03

Secure Hotel Selection

Selection and inspection of hotels — location, floor security, room placement, emergency exits, medical access, approach routes.

04

Contingency Planning

Crisis plans for every leg of the journey — including medical contact points, embassy contacts and evacuation options.

05

International Business Travel

Support for international travel — with cultural sensitivity, local partners and continuous reachability across time zones.

06

Accompaniment & Availability

Personal on-site accompaniment on request, otherwise continuous availability throughout the entire journey.

Approach

Four steps.
One calm journey.

Every travel security concept follows a structured process — from initial planning to the return home.

01

Briefing

Confidential conversation: destinations, itinerary, accompaniment, special requirements.

02

Analysis

Assessment of the situation, destination, itinerary and framework conditions — with concrete recommendations.

03

Planning

Routing, hotels, contingency plan, communication channels — documented in writing.

04

Accompaniment

On-site or in the background — continuous availability and real-time situational assessment.

“A good trip is recognized by the fact that nothing happens. That's no coincidence — it's the success of preparation.”

Frequently Asked Questions

What clients typically want to know.

For which trips does travel security management make sense?

For business trips with elevated risk or a tight schedule — particularly to regions with political instability, elevated crime or weak medical care. Also for trips with confidential content or high media attention.

Do you accompany clients on site personally?

On request, yes. In many cases, however, a prepared concept and continuous availability are sufficient — we recommend personal accompaniment only where it genuinely provides a security benefit.

Do you work with local partners?

Where it makes sense, yes. In certain regions local structures are indispensable — we draw on a vetted network that we continuously maintain and qualify.

What does a contingency plan include?

Concrete escalation levels, medical contact points, embassy contacts, evacuation and return travel options, clear communication channels and responsibilities. In the best case, it's never activated — but if it is, it's ready and operational.

How short-notice can travel security assignments be?

Often very short notice indeed. Contact us as soon as the trip is confirmed — we prepare options, without obligation. For ongoing travel activity, we recommend a framework agreement.
